 Duties and Responsibilities:

 President & Chairman:

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the trust.

  • Ensure all programs and activities align with the trust’s mission, objectives, and values.

  • Represent the trust in all external matters including government, media, and partner organizations.

  • Call and preside over board meetings.

 Members:

  • Support the planning and execution of the trust’s charitable initiatives.

  • Participate actively in fundraising, resource mobilization, and networking.

  • Engage in community outreach, volunteer coordination, and beneficiary interactions.

  • Contribute to discussions and decisions regarding new projects, budgets, and collaborations. 

  • Financial Management:

  • All financial transactions shall be transparent and audited annually.

  • Donations will be used solely for charitable purposes as per objectives.

    A separate bank account shall be maintained in the trust’s name
